Welcome to Reeves Digital Development Open Source Software. This site will ultimately provide a home for several software projects (listed in the sidebar to the right) which I’ve created and maintain. Detailed information about each of these projects, along with documentation and resources for potential users and other developers, may be found here. As open source software, all of these programs, along with complete source code, are available for free to any user (please see the terms of the end user license).

Many of the projects that are (or will be) hosted here originated as quick, simple ways to handle specific problems that I’ve encountered at my day job. Like many software projects, they have evolved into larger, more sophisticated solutions. As I am not a fully trained computer programmer, the solutions that I’ve come up with are not always elegant or comprehensive: much of the code could stand to be extensively reviewed and revised or replaced. Still, it is unlikely that the problems I’ve attempted to solve are unique. I have benefited greatly from many open source development efforts over the years: likewise, I hope that these programs, in spite of their multiple shortcomings, may be beneficial to others.

Development of these projects is on-going. I would encourage other programmers who might have an interest in any of these projects to review the developer resources listed for each project, and/or to contact me.
